Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities Drive mechanical and electrical reliability across all assigned equipment, ensuring optimal uptime and performance Lead planned, predictive, and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and eliminate failures Oversee work order management, including creation, execution, accuracy, and closure within CMMS systems Conduct and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring equipment issues Partner with operations and leadership to align maintenance priorities with production goals Support production changeovers and transitions to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency Provide technical leadership, coaching, and direction to maintenance technicians and frontline teams Track and improve key performance metrics, including OEE, downtime, and maintenance effectiveness Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles Qualifications Hands‑on maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment (packaging or paper preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide teams Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on root‑cause resolution Demonstrated ability to improve KPIs such as uptime, work order completion, and reliability metrics Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment Opportunity We are seeking a Reliability Lead to join a growing, global packaging manufacturing operation near Tulsa, Oklahoma.
