Senior Partnership Engagement Specialist

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior Partnership Engagement specialist in McLean, VA to support our on-site customer. Responsibilities include outreach and engagement within a functional area, analyzing reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value, developing and delivering required contracts, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders, supporting partnership engagement and outreach by facilitating planning, logistics, development and execution of conferences, symposiums and events, providing input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs, coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia, developing briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan, experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence, acting as a technical liaison with partners, facilitating and coordinating working group meetings and authoring post meeting reports and summaries of conclusions, and using JIRA to receive, process, track, and monitor requests for specific services.

Requirements include a TS/SCI with Polygraph, BS +18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience, executive level written and oral communication skills, previous partnership engagement and outreach experience with IC and Private Sector partners, working knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, and experience working in the Intelligence Community.

Salary Range $115,000 - $130,000 per year. This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
