Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics. Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in the lab. Monitor patient conditions during procedures and respond to emergencies. Collaborate with medical staff to provide exceptional patient care. Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly. Assist in the preparation and organization of the cath lab for procedures. Provide support in training new staff and sharing best practices. Experience/Qualifications Valid ALLIED certification in Cath Lab technology required. Proven experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a cath lab. Demonstrated ability to monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies. Ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics. Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain cath lab equipment effectively. Experience collaborating with medical staff to enhance patient care. Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures in healthcare.
