Day-to-day responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
Educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
Process insurance sales, payments, renewals, and policy changes.
Assist with local marketing and perform daily office tasks
Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment

Requirements:

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
Must have a valid Texas ID/DL.
Must have reliable transportation, and willing to commute between locations.
Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm.
Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish.
Required: English
Must be 18+.
