Responsible for driving the strategic agenda of the Benefits Center of Excellence team. Can manage the process of presenting visually from idea to execution. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Serves as an ‘air traffic controller’ for the Staff VP and the management teamManages strategic projects as needed managing deliverables and ensuring resolution of escalated issues; delegates additional projects and tasks to the appropriate people, support them, and hold them accountable to the resultsDrives strategic communications, linking the leadership team and the broader organization, including producing presentations and materials for executive management meetings, internal and external engagements, and meetings.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience, which should include analysis and project management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.Publishing Experience (ie.
