Technical Delivery Manager

The Technical Delivery Manager serves as the technical owner and primary customer‑facing authority for assigned radar systems, including Indra PSR2D (Primary Surveillance Radar) and Indra MSSR (Secondary Surveillance Radar) . This role leads field engineering execution and ensures successful installation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance of radar systems delivered to the FAA . Working closely with the Program Manage r, the Field Engineering Manager manages the field engineering team and acts as the main technical point of contact, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle Key Responsibilities esServe as th e Field Engineering and Technical Manag er for assigned radar projects, owning technical implementation and system performanc e.Lead and manage field engineering activities, including installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and final acceptanc e.Act as the primar y technical interface with the F AA, addressing technical issues and supporting acceptance activitie s.Ensure systems comply wit h contractual requirements, technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelin e s.Maintain familiarity with applicabl e FAA regulations, orders, advisories, and technical guidan ce, particularly related to the RSR progra m.Coordinate with program management, internal engineering teams, and external partners to support successful project executio Requirements ntsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experien ce.Previous experience in field engineering, systems engineering, or technical project leaders hip, preferably with radar or RF‑based syste ms.Experience leading or supervising technical teams in a field or customer‑facing environme nt.Ability to interpr et technical documentation and CAD drawi ngs, including system schematics and installation layou ts.Familiarity wi th RF test equipm ent (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators) preferr Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and regulatory stakeholders such as the F AA.Ability to travel to customer sites as requir #J-18808-Ljbffr
