Sales Representative

Midway Staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for candidates with experience in the cabinetry, countertop, granite, or construction industry who are passionate about building client relationships and growing business opportunities. Prior sales experience is a plus, but industry knowledge is the key qualification for this role.

Location: Columbus, OH Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Rate: Salary based on experience

Duties:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote cabinetry, countertop, granite, and construction-related products and services.
• Visit customer sites, provide product information, and identify business opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience in the cabinetry, countertop, granite, or construction industry is required.
• Previous outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Candidates should be located in the Columbus area or elsewhere in Ohio.
