Brighton Home Health and Hospice - OR
Brighton Hospice is seeking a Director of Aide Services to oversee the aide team and operations. The role includes mentoring nursing aides, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with medical records, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, hold current CPR certification, and ideally have leadership experience and familiarity with hospice care.
