Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead and develop a remote team of agents, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in their roles Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents\' understanding of products and effective sales techniques Establish performance metrics, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to drive team success Create a motivating and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation Work closely with upper management to align team goals with broader company objectives and initiatives Celebrate team successes and recognize individual contributions to foster high morale and engagement Requirements Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a sales or insurance environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and guiding team members Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and implement effective strategies for improvement Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development Current Life Insurance License is required (candidates may be considered without a license, but must obtain one within 60 days of hire) Experience with remote work and virtual team management is a plus Benefits Freedom & ability to work virtually Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
