Material Handler
Kelly is hiring 1st & 2nd shift Material Handlers for a distribution center in Morgan Town, WV. This role supports warehouse operations by moving, sorting, and preparing materials for production and shipment.
1st shift: 8 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Pay $18.50 per hour
2nd shift: 2 p.m. 10:30 p.m.
Pay $19.98 per hour
Contract to hire: Weekly pay
What You'll Do
- Move materials between receiving, storage, and production areas
- Sort and organize items by product code or location
- Label materials and track inventory accurately
- Count or weigh items to ensure accuracy
- Enter inventory data into the computer system
- Operate forklift & cherry pickers to transport materials (training/certification available)
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details
- Indoor warehouse environment
- Steel toe shoes required (safety vest provided)
- Some shifts may run later until all picking is complete
