POSITION SUMMARY Provides specialized patient care and education for patients receiving radiation consults, follow-up appointments, and therapy. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Associate’s degree in Nursing. Minimum Experience 2 years of nursing experience in an oncology setting or completion in an internship/fellowship in oncology or a minimum of 5 years Registered Nursing experience. Required Registration/License/Certification BLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer. ACLS must be obtained within 12 months of DOH or transfer. Registered Nursing License. Preferred Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing. Preferred Experience 5 years of oncology nursing experience.
