Assistant Property Manager - $32-$38/hr - North Bethesda, MD

Our client, a real estate investment company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in North Bethesda, Maryland. About The Job: Serve as the primary contact for tenants across a portfolio of Class A office properties, supporting building operations, tenant requests, and lease compliance Maintain tenant relationships and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day property operations Conduct property inspections, track compliance items, and assist with maintenance and capital projects Process invoices, support budgeting, expense tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting Maintain property records, vendor files, and tenant databases Partner with leasing, marketing, accounting, and tenant coordination teams to support property initiatives and tenant satisfaction Provide administrative support and assist with special projects, events, and inspections About You: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 3+ years of commercial office property management or related real estate experience required Strong experience with tenant relations, vendor management, budgeting, and expense tracking Customer-service focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Nexus, Yardi, Salesforce, JD Edwards, or similar property management systems preferred About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! $32-$38/hr Permanent Salary: $70K-$85K + 7% annual bonus Fully onsite schedule Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Metro Accessible!
