Job Description

· Manage military parts programs from initial concept and NPI through delivery and program closeout

· Drive sales and develop new business opportunities for rubber, plastic, and rubber-to-metal products through inside sales prospecting, customer engagement, market research, and proposal support

Key Requirements

· Experience with rubber molding, plastics manufacturing, or rubber-to-metal bonding

· BS Degree

· 5+ years of experience as a program manager
