Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT)Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist in Fair Lawn, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care to students with multiple disabilities aged 14-21 in a high school setting.Summary of client's description of this opportunity:Evaluate student to identify developmental deviations and any postural or skeletal problems, and review written or verbal information concerning students in order to determine the need for Physical Therapy services.Perform ongoing individualized, detailed, and documented assessments of students known, or suspected of having, disability conditions, utilizing evaluative tools and skills unique to physical therapists.Participate in the evaluation process to aide in establishing diagnosis, prognosis, goals, placement, and treatment plans.Review and implement each student's IEP goals and objectives.Plan and prepare written treatment programs for each student.Required skills and experience:Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of NJ.Minimum of one year experience (preferred).Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.NJ Department of Education Certificate.Advantages:Flexible schedule as a contractor.
