About the Role
The Company is seeking a Divisional Vice President for Global Operations. This executive will be responsible for the strategic and results-oriented leadership of program management, eCommerce operations, retail operations, client implementations, and acquisition integration. The role demands a proven track record in leading large, cross-functional teams, driving operational improvements, and ensuring financial performance. The successful candidate will be accountable for the operational strategy, establishing scalable processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. They will also be tasked with leading the operational integration of acquired businesses and fostering a culture of high performance, creativity, and operational discipline. Candidates for the DVP Global Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in relevant disciplines is required. The role calls for a leader with strong analytical, financial, and business acumen, exceptional communication, and stakeholder management skills. The DVP will be expected to engage with clients, participate in business reviews, and strategic planning sessions, and ensure operational excellence that supports client retention and long-term partnership success.
