How do we prove it? First things first. Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients and generating revenue. Notify clients ahead of time without fail if we will not arrive in the specified time window. Communicate with Parts & Purchasing department to help arrange efficient delivery of parts and scheduling of return visits. Debrief with field staff upon the completion of a job. Make sure all invoice and job notes are accurate and updated. You choose your words well. Willing to learn our Hufsey Home Services way. You are a master of ownership. Self-motivated and customer focused. You don't like talking to people - Tone matters! You feel overwhelmed in a fast paced environment. Being organized is a struggle.
