Experience within a health care setting and knowledge of basic nutrition preferred.Must be able to perform clerical duties and be precise in calculating data. Prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner trays for delivery to Health Care residents. Assembles all food items on trays according to residents' menu selection. Provides \"between meal\" nourishments for Health Care residents. Assists in maintaining records of resident menu selections, nourishments, production sheets, and temperature logs.What you would do at The Pines1) Set up the Health Center kitchens/meal service cart and the dining tables in the dining venues for service2) Greets guests as they enter the dining venues3) Assembles meals for each resident based on their requests, preferences, allergies and diet order4) Assemble meal trays for residents dining in their rooms based on their requests, preferences, allergies and diet order5) Properly portion all items for service6) Maintain and clean the dining venues as assigned7) Ensure each guest has an exceptional experience all guest requests and issues as appropriate8) Stock Health Center pantries with snacks, nourishments, and food service supplies9) Completes all documentation, such as, but not limited to, temperature logs, nourishment tracking, floor stock tracking, as assigned10) Attend and participate in all department training as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
