Replenishment Associate

Compensation: $22.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Replenishment Associate! In this vital role, you will be responsible for restocking inventory to ensure our customer orders are fulfilled with efficiency and accuracy. Your contributions will help maintain a seamless workflow and enhance our overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regular priority and non-priority replenishment tasks to keep inventory levels optimal.
• Identify and report any inventory discrepancies encountered during replenishment to management promptly.
• Safely operate material handling equipment while adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Report any mechanical or electrical issues with equipment to management for resolution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all established safety policies and procedures.
• Meet performance expectations and standards specific to your department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Replenishment Supervisor.

Scope and Impact: As a Replenishment Associate, you play a crucial role in the fulfillment process. By ensuring that all picking locations are consistently stocked, you support the team in preventing stockouts, enhance operational efficiency across departments, and contribute significantly to fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time. Your ability to keep products organized and accessible aids in maintaining high productivity levels in our fulfillment center.

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and engage in physical activities, including walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling various items.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting, where temperatures may vary and noise levels can be moderate to high.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds, and independently push or pull objects requiring up to 60 pounds of force. Team members are encouraged to seek assistance or use appropriate equipment for heavier items to ensure their safety.
• Familiarity with operating all necessary equipment safely and efficiently.
