This is an exciting opportunity to lead multidisciplinary building design projects, strengthen client relationships, and help deliver thoughtful, high-performing spaces that support the people and communities they serve.What You'll Do:Manage all aspects of building design projects through design and construction administration, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measuresLead architecture and structural projects across public and private markets, including municipal, institutional, educational, healthcare, housing, industrial, and community-focused facilitiesServe as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areasLead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the teamPrepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documentsTrack and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standardsPlay a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are metWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field requiredMinimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience requiredConsulting industry experience preferredProven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentationStrong background in client relationship management and responsive communicationAbility to manage multiple projects with strong judgment and problem-solving skillsStrong experience with project accounting processes and financial oversightProficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision preferredExcellent communication and leadership skills with collaboration experienceAbility to travel as neededPMP certification, Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional license preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead meaningful building design projects that enhance how people live, learn, work, and gatherCollaborate with architecture and structural professionals delivering creative, resilient, and high-performing solutionsHelp shape spaces that support communities while advancing client goals, design quality, and project successCurious about the impactful work our Architectural & Structural team is doing? Salary Range:$130,000 - $145,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
