Marketing & Social Media Specialist — Paul Davis of the Emerald Coast & 209 Main | Full-time, on-site in one of our 3 locations (Panama City Beach, Destin, Pensacola)

We're a locally owned family of businesses on the Emerald Coast. Paul Davis of the Emerald Coast transforms homes through mitigation, restoration and full remodels. 209 Main is our boutique retail store — from a single inspiration piece to a whole house of furniture, plus decor and gift items that arrive weekly. We need one creative, organized person to tell both stories and grow both audiences.

What you'll do

• Shoot, edit and post Reels, Stories and feed content for both brands on Instagram and Facebook — several times a week
• Capture before-and-after transformations on our jobs (you'll visit job sites), Interview the team to capture their nature to serve
• Showcase new furniture, decor and gift arrivals at 209 Main the day they hit the floor
• Design print and digital marketing pieces — brochures, flyers, postcards, event invitations, signage, in-store displays and social graphics — and prep them for the printer
• Plan, launch and manage paid Facebook and Instagram ads, and report on what's working
• Keep a monthly content calendar and hit it
• Represent us in the community: chamber events, local partnerships, and hosting in-store events such as open houses, designer nights and holiday shopping events
• Gather client reviews and testimonials, with permission, and turn them into content

What you bring

• 2+ years creating social content for a business (not only a personal account) — a portfolio is required
• Strong short-form video skills: shooting on a phone, editing in CapCut, Instagram or similar
• Graphic design skills in Canva and/or Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop): you can lay out a brochure or flyer and deliver print-ready files
• Hands-on experience running Meta ads (Ads Manager, budgets, audiences, reporting)
• An eye for design, interiors and home — you notice styling, lighting and composition
• Comfortable meeting people, networking and hosting events
• Organized and self-directed; you can manage two brands without dropping either
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job-site visits

Nice to have: basic photography, brand identity or print production experience, experience in real estate, interior design, home services or retail marketing, and knowledge of the 30A / Destin / Emerald Coast market.

What we offer

• Pay: $48,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus potential
• Creative ownership of two brands' social presence
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule, with occasional evening or weekend events
• A growing, locally owned company where your work is seen every day
