Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Assignment Details

Minimum 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Three (3) or more years of previous experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Current state licensure or certification as a physical therapist.
• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology.
• Knowledge of disease processes and related causative factors.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct physical therapy services and coordinate department operations.
• Administer physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician.
• Maintain performance improvement activities and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee departmental budget and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and standards.
• Document patient assessments and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address identified patient needs.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control protocols are followed.
