In-Home Crisis Intervention Specialist — IDD Youth
Children's Home
Children's Home is hiring an Interventionist to provide intensive, in-home crisis services for children and adolescents (ages 5–21) with IDD. Under supervision, you will stabilize crises, assess needs, and build coping skills to prevent hospitalizations.
Responsibilities include direct support, treatment planning, and coordination with schools and community providers. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, supports family needs.
