Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized therapy plans that align with their goals.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and other effective strategies to help clients progress towards their emotional and relational objectives.

  • Monitor client progress, regularly adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to maintain efficacy and engagement.

  • Document each session accurately and promptly using electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate seamless communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidates will work primarily with individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clientele comes from diverse backgrounds, and therapists are equipped to tailor their approach to meet individual needs while fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

  • Active licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling with a strong focus on evidence-based approaches.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
