Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Recruiting Manager to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans that align with our company's growth objectives.
• Leverage your sourcing superpowers to identify passive and active candidates through social media, networking events, job fairs, and professional organizations.
• Get ready to showcase our company's unique culture and make it irresistible to top talent!
• Master the art of candidate engagement, conducting insightful interviews (video, phone, and in-person) that unveil each candidate's full potential.
• Utilize your analytical prowess to provide data-driven recruitment reports, empowering our leadership team to make informed decisions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by recommending innovative recruitment strategies and process improvements that align with industry best practices.
• Embrace our commitment to compliance, adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, personnel records, and compensation management guidelines.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent (agency or in-house experience welcome!). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
