Collision Estimator

Job Summary Immediate opening for a Collision Estimator at Service Center Hawaiian Gardens. Duties include writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and communicating post‑repair plan and vehicle status updates while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards. Responsibilities Write vehicle repair estimates. Conduct process reviews. Check in customer vehicles. Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice) before delivery. Finalize total loss administration. Communicate post‑repair plan and vehicle status updates to customers. Ensure adherence to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License required. Physical ability to reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding of repair process and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
