Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Resolve Diamondback is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering quality care, supporting nursing staff, and helping drive positive outcomes for residents. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of excellence throughout the facility. Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations of the nursing department Support and supervise nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Help ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Participate in clinical audits, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee development Monitor resident care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts Assist with investigations, incident follow-up, and clinical documentation review Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff Qualifications Current RN license in Arizona Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations Experience with quality measures, infection control, and clinical compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment What We Offer Paid time off Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you are a dedicated nursing leader looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr Resolve Diamondback
