Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho

Overview All Star Physical Therapy in Perris, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you will oversee and guide our dedicated PTA team and contribute to great patient treatment and outcomes. The position offers growth potential, student loan reimbursement, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities tied to productivity incentives. All PTs receive daily productivity bonuses, contributing to additional compensation. We use AI-enabled clinical documentation to reduce documentation time. Responsibilities Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of patient/client encounters. Comply with regulatory guidance including HIPAA, Medicare rules, and billing and coding guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients/clients and all members of the healthcare team. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or ability to obtain state licensure. AHA BLS required. Experienced Physical Therapists and new grads are welcome to apply. Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards. About Compensation: $48 - $58/hour + productivity incentives, up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and additional opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
