Finance Transformation Manager

Managing the Finance & Accounting AI transformation roadmap, the full-time Sr. Finance Transformation Manager will partner with functional leaders and IT stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, oversee solution delivery, and establish governance frameworks, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and maintain the Finance & Accounting AI operating model and transformation roadmap Identify and prioritize AI use cases, tracking benefits realization post-deployment Design role-based learning paths and lead change management initiatives for AI adoption within the Finance & Accounting function Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting transformation, with 3+ years in AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives Strong knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders at the Sr. Director, VP, or CFO level Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or a related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
