Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience providing Physical Therapy in a Home Health setting preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned county territory covering Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington and either Area #2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont) or Area #7 (Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville). Additional travel outside the area and occasional weekend coverage may be required.
• Willingness to accept patient visits across the coverage area to meet productivity expectations preferred.

• Travel Requirements: Additional travel outside the assigned territory may be required. Weekend coverage may be required.
