Event Marketer Join Our Summer Events Team ($23 per hour plus Booking Incentives)
Location: Chicago and Surrounding Suburbs

What You Will Be Doing
As an Event Marketer, you will be out in the community at local events, pop ups, and partner locations connecting with people and creating real conversations.
Your role is simple but powerful
Turn everyday interactions into booked appointments.

• Represent our brand at local events and community spaces
• Engage with the public in a friendly, confident, and natural way
• Start conversations and build quick rapport with new people
• Share what we do in a clear and engaging way
• Book appointments on the spot with interested customers
• Capture lead information accurately
• Help create a positive, memorable experience for every interaction

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel to event locations across Chicago
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and some weekends
• Comfortable working outdoors and in public facing environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in events, promotions, sales, or customer service
• Experience generating leads or setting appointments
• Background in marketing or interest in building marketing experience

What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days

• Learn the brand, messaging, and approach
• Get comfortable engaging with the public
• Start booking your first appointments

60 to 90 Days

• Consistently hit appointment targets
• Confidently work events independently
• Become a strong, reliable presence in the field
