Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Telemetry unit at Client. The RN will provide care for patients with a variety of medical conditions, including cardiac monitoring and telemetry support. This role requires clinical expertise, adaptability, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate patient progress and condition. Administer medications and treatments, including drips such as Heparin, Amiodarone, and Morphine for comfort care. Initiate and manage TPN therapy. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families. Respond to medical emergencies and escalate appropriately. Maintain accurate and complete patient records using Cerner EMR. Float to other units within similar acuity levels as needed. Participate in weekend and holiday rotations. Adhere to hospital protocols and infection control standards. Wear navy blue scrubs as per unit requirements. Required Qualifications Active RN License Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Telemetry nursing. Experience with Cerner EMR. Willingness to float to other units and support holiday/weekend coverage. Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required #J-18808-Ljbffr
