Physical Therapist - Rehab Program Manager Location: Waterford at Plymouth, Plymouth, WI and Port Washington, WI Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings 2 partial days in Plymouth and 2-3 days a week in Port Washington Overview Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager to join our team as a Physical Therapist in outpatient settings, with leadership responsibilities and opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities Lead in the building by treating patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. Collaborate with teams to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to residents and patients. Support program operations across multiple settings (CCRC, SNF, Assisted Living, Outpatient Clinics, Home Health) as needed.
