Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a strong, results-focused Regional Director to lead multiple spa locations across Southern Virginia. Our ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving performance, developing leaders, and delivering strong sales results across multiple locations. This individual is an exceptional communicator, a culture builder, and someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment.
