Operate a sit-down forklift as needed. Install and align dies, tooling, punches, and guides according to production requirements. Heat material to the proper forging temperature using induction heaters, gas furnaces, or electric heating systems. Monitor forging cycles, machine timing, and material feed to ensure proper part formation.
