Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Physical Therapist at Kids and Family, you will have the opportunity to work with our 0-3 and 3-5 year olds, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to children with developmental delays and disabilities in their natural environments

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Conduct home and clinic-based physical therapy sessions

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in ongoing training, education, and staff development opportunities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy

Requirements

• PA PT license required

• 1 year of experience in pediatric or early intervention setting (preferred)

• Ability to travel to patient homes and clinics in the Philadelphia area

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
