Service Writer & Parts Liaison - Customer-Focused
Monroe Tractor & Implement Co.
Monroe Tractor is seeking a Service Writer to act as a friendly liaison between customers and branch staff. The ideal candidate excels at customer service, problem solving, and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year Service Writer or service/parts experience, strong communication, familiarity with agricultural/construction equipment, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to lift 25 pounds and work well in a team. Competitive benefits offered.
