Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Overview A prestigious full-service law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with 5–10 years of experience to join its Real Estate practice in New York. This role offers a leading role in high-profile, complex commercial real estate transactions across diverse industries, with a team focused on excellence and career growth. Base pay range $185,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Location New York (Hybrid) Salary $185,000 – $220,000 (commensurate with experience) What you will be doing Drafting and negotiating commercial leases across asset classes (office, retail, industrial). Handling acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets. Supporting general corporate real estate matters, including asset acquisitions, due diligence, and transactional support. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to manage complex matters independently. What you need 5–10 years of experience representing companies, developers, investors, and other entities in sophisticated commercial real estate matters, with a focus on leasing. Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases; broad understanding of acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties. Excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently. Admission to the New York State Bar. Major law firm experience preferred. What is on offer Competitive salary of $185,000 to $220,000 based on experience.
