Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 plus bonuses (based on experience)

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Indiana
• Minimum 2+ years of pre-litigation experience, personal injury exp a plus
• Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively

Position Overview

The Pre-Litigation Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and evaluate liability and damages
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
• Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements
• Provide strategic guidance to maximize client recovery
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case progression
