Located in Auburn Hills, MI, Apex Test Labs is committed to advancing quality and innovation in automotive testing. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site EMC Test Technician role based in Auburn Hills, MI. The EMC Test Technician will perform a variety of tests to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and safety compliance of automotive systems and components. Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating test equipment, conducting measurements in accordance with established standards, troubleshooting systems and equipment, and documenting test results accurately. Collaboration with team members and clear communication with stakeholders are critical aspects of the role. Qualifications Experience in EMC/EMI testing CISPR25, ISO 11452, ISO 10605 etc Experience with Soldering and proficiency in Troubleshooting electrical systems and components Hands‑on experience with Test Equipment and Calibration processes Strong Communication skills, including documentation and reporting Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Familiarity with automotive testing standards (EMC, ECE R10, FCC, CE) is a must Military RF/Electronics background is acceptable, Avionics, ECM, Radio, Crypto Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Willingness to work on‑site in Auburn Hills, MI #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Test Labs
