We are a leader in the utilization of state-of-the-art equipment, specialized techniques and mix designs. Responsibilities Performs routine and preventative maintenance of the Fleet of Heavy Equipment/Vehicles, to include but not limited to, Milling Machines, Pavers, Rollers, Excavators, Back Hoes, Flow Boy Trailers, Utility and Passenger Vehicles, and any related Machinery and Trailers. Maintenance includes checking for service, repairs, proper operation and cleanliness of assets. Detect faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs. Adjust and maintain heavy machinery. Operate, overhaul, dismantle, reassemble and test units to ensure operation efficiency. Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices. Examine parts for damage or excessive wear, using micrometers and gauges, repair and replace damaged or worn parts, fabricate needed parts or items. Adjust and maintain industrial machinery. Safe use of hand tools, power tools, welding and fabrication tools, etc. Adhere to safety standards including, donning proper PPE. Actively contribute to Safe Work behaviors, complying with required PPE and safeguards. Maintain safety standards by employing appropriate safeguards such as; lifts, jack stands etc. when working on equipment. Maintain accurate data, while upholding the company confidentiality practices. Additional tasks as assigned, act as a point of contact as applicable. Requirements Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Heavy machine operations required. Working knowledge of heavy equipment or mechanically inclined. Attention to detail, thorough and ensure proper functionality, securing safety at top of mind.
