Family Nurse Practitioner Position in Picturesque Southwestern Wyoming

A well-established community-based medical group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider or a new graduate looking to practice full-scope primary care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

• Conduct preventative health visits and annual wellness examinations

• Manage chronic diseases and ongoing health conditions

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries

• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results

• Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

• Open to both experienced Nurse Practitioners and new graduates

• Family Medicine or Rural Health experience preferred

Schedule

• Full-time position

• MondayFriday clinic schedule

• No evenings, weekends, or holidays unless otherwise assigned
