Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic media and technology location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity while using your professionalism to create a welcoming presence for employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a media and technology location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for staff, guests, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols. Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
