Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that offers competitive pay and modern equipment? American Trucking Group is hiring dry van drivers for routes with outstanding mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some drivers may experience 2-week periods. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, enabling efficient operations with 70% drop and hook practices that reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Our base rates range from .45, .50, to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Drivers primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
