A-American Septic is hiring a Pump Truck Driver to join our team.

We’re looking for someone dependable, safe, and willing to do real work. This is not a desk job. You’ll be driving a septic pump truck, servicing residential and commercial customers, helping keep jobs moving, and representing the company in the field.

A-American Septic is part of Phase II Environmental, an employee owned septic company with long standing local brands, experienced leadership, and plans to keep growing our service team and coverage area.

What You’ll Do

• Drive and operate a septic pump truck
• Pump septic tanks, grease traps, and related systems
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Complete service paperwork and job notes
• Inspect your truck and equipment daily
• Work safely around tanks, lids, hoses, traffic, and customer property
• Keep the truck clean, stocked, and ready to work
• Help teammates when needed

What We’re Looking For

• CDL required
• Tanker endorsement required
• Septic, pumping, plumbing, excavation, or construction experience is a plus
• Clean enough driving record to be insured
• Able to lift, pull hose, work outside, and handle physical labor
• Reliable, on time, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working with customers
• Willing to learn the septic industry if you do not already know it

Schedule

Full time. Schedule may include early mornings, overtime, and rotating emergency or weekend work as needed.

Pay

Pay depends on experience, CDL status, and endorsements.
