Structural Welder
Trillium Construction is now hiring Structural Welders for a shop located in Lakeland, FL, with a start date of Monday, August 10th.
This is a 4-week assignment working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (50 hours per week). Welders will be performing GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core) welding on structural carbon steel components, including brackets and other fabricated assemblies. Pay ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Candidates with experience cutting, measuring, and fitting are preferred, and previous structural welding experience in a shop environment is required. Qualified applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment weld test on 3/8-inch carbon steel plate using both MIG and Flux Core processes. Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools, wear standard PPE, and welding hood. All applicants must successfully complete the required pre-employment screenings before starting.
