You will not be asked to generate your own patient base or compete internally for production. Instead, you can focus on dentistry and building genuine relationships with patients while operating at a high level from your first day. Our team of assistants, hygienists, and front office staff is highly competent and aligned with our practice values. Our systems are efficient, and patient flow is consistent with new patients coming almost entirely from word-of-mouth referrals. This creates a predictable schedule that allows you to focus on patient care without chaos or micromanagement.

Mentorship at our practice is both real and intentional. Dr. Packard provides hands-on guidance when it matters and offers autonomy when it is appropriate. Provide high-quality restorative dentistry

Grow clinically through mentorship and expanded procedures as desired
