Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working overnight and thrive in a guest-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. • Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings. • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. • Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. • Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Qualifications: • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly depending on experience
