Production Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Production Operator in Wytheville, VA . Responsibilities for a Production Operator include but are not limited to:

• Operate compression presses according to safety regulations and standard operating instructions.

• Spray molds with lubricant as required.

• Assemble and weigh materials according to molding specifications.

• Load materials into molds and initiate cure cycles.

• Unload finished molded parts from presses.

• Visually inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.

• Trim, inspect, and package completed products.

• Use hand tools, spray guns, hoists, air hoses, and other production equipment.

Candidates for Production Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.

• Experience working with compression presses, molding equipment, or assembly operations.

• Experience using hand tools in a production environment.

• Experience working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Pay: $ 18.50/hr

Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday ; 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
