Instead of following a playbook, you'll be creating it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You'll work on a small team with other top Engineers, and you'll take on significant ownership, lead projects, and see your ideas come to life - you'll essentially operate like a small startup within a startup.Key responsibilities include:Build systems that enable autonomous buildings to operate and communicate intelligentlyWork directly with our customers to develop and own new product features end-to-end from design to deploymentImprove the scalability and reliability of our core infrastructurePropose and implement meaningful improvements to our architecture and design patternsCollaborate with product and design to turn AI capabilities into user-facing experiencesContinuously ship new features and improvements in an environment deploying 100+ times per dayApply engineering best practices in testing, observability, and continuous integrationBalance speed and quality while iterating quickly on production systemsWe're scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package.
