Are you a Stepdown RN  looking to do your best contract work in Morgantown, WV ? If so, Impact Health Staffing is here to help! We are working with a client who is in need of amazing Stepdown RNs for a 13 week contract in Morgantown, WV !

Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Hours: 36/wk (3x12)

• Shift: 7p-7a

• Regular Rate: $18.95/hr

• OT Rate: $51/hr

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,246/wk

• Gross Weekly: $1,928

• OT Rate: 1.5x Regular Rate

• Local Rate: $45/ hr

If this role is for you, you would be responsible for:

• Quickly and accurately assessing patient care needs

• Diagnosing and developing treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff

• Completing paperwork and patient charting.

• Managing multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually

• Using strategies and available resources for problem-solving for patients, family and staff

• Delegating tasks and care to appropriate staff and ensuring timely follow-up

• Facilitating learning for patients and families, nursing staff, other members of the health care team and community; integrating appropriate education throughout the continuum of care to help them participate and/or make informed conclusions about their health care and treatments

• Preserving and protecting the confidentiality, autonomy, dignity and rights of patients and family, and representing their concerns.

• Participates in quality/performance improvement initiatives.
  

Qualifications and Education for the Contract RN:

• 1+ year(s) of Stepdown RN experience required

• BLS, ACLS required
